From the grounds of Capitol Hill, a schoolhouse is conjured by a mysterious figure. Fed up with today’s politicians, The Cloak summons from the grave the ghosts of presidents past to run the academy and teach the politicians a lesson in governance and the actual history of the United States. The ghosts of presidents past cannot return to peace until their job is done.
